Therapy for
Anxiety
Is anxiety getting in the way of the life you want to live? It can show up in so many ways: from endless rumination and perfectionism to the pressure of people-pleasing. I'm here to help you get to the root of your anxiety so you can find calm and feel like yourself again.
Do you feel overwhelmed by all the pressure to succeed in life? Therapy for anxiety may help
DO you find yourself caught in the cycle of racing thoughts and worry?
is it hard to show up for others without feeling a deep sense of dissatisifcation with yourself?
has your stress reached a point of burnout, leaving you with little to no energy for yourself?
Anxiety makes it hard to be present
You're the one who keeps it all together even when it feels impossible. Your life looks great on paper, but deep down, you might feel yourself starting to crack. All the pressure to succeed and be there for everyone can get overwhelming and exhausting.
Maybe you desperately want to slow down and make room for self-care, but your anxiety won’t let you. Instead, you feel more motivated by a fear of failure than by any desire to simply enjoy your life. If this sounds familiar, you may be feeling like it's time to see a therapist, and that's a powerful first step.
The Modern Weight of Anxiety
Our busy, success-crazed culture is a breeding ground for anxiety. Today, we're all constantly scrolling through highlight reels on social media, comparing our messy, everyday lives to everyone else's perfect moments. It's no wonder so many of us worry that we're not good enough by comparison.
The truth is, our brains were not designed to handle this kind of constant information overload. We aren't meant to be connected to billions of people all day, every day. More than ever, we need to pause, rest, and invite self-care back into our lives.
You don’t have to do this alone
Even though we're so digitally connected, we can often feel more isolated than ever. Virtual communication has replaced so many avenues of face-to-face connection. When we don't have a supportive community around us, our anxious thoughts can start to spiral out of control. It's hard to question your fears or maintain perspective when you're shouldering all of the weight alone.
Therapy is a chance to model the kind of connection that your life may be lacking right now. It provides you with a safe space to unload your thoughts, lean on for support during difficult times, and finally get the connection you deserve.
I’m here for you.
Therapy can help you manage your anxiety and joyful life for what you need.
Hustle culture tells you to keep going, but therapy is where you get to challenge that mindset. It’s an opportunity to let go of the pressure, slow things down, and learn that it’s not just okay, it’s essential to prioritize self-care. I’ll help you reconnect with your values and build a more vibrant, authentic life.
I use a personalized approach for each client, understanding that anxiety often overlaps with other issues like trauma, depression, and OCD. I’m skilled at recognizing the subtler signs of high-functioning anxiety, so we can work together to get to the bottom of what's causing your stress.
Here’s what we’ll do together
Therapy for anxiety can help you find your voice, and truly feel like yourself again.
My approach is hands-on and collaborative. I want you to feel seen and heard, but also to leave our sessions with practical, tangible tools you can use in your daily life. Together, we'll work on mindfulness strategies to help you find more calm, connect with your intuition, and learn to be truly present in the moment.
My goal is to help you build the self-trust and confidence to face your anxiety, so you can reclaim your life and live more freely. We'll tailor our sessions to your unique needs and goals, drawing from a variety of therapeutic approaches, including:
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT): To help you understand how your thoughts and emotions are fueling your anxiety.
Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT): To give you skills for building distress tolerance and emotional resilience.
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT): To help you connect with your values and respond to life more thoughtfully, rather than with automatic stress reactions.
No matter which approach suits you best, I believe you can find a deep sense of peace and serenity. With the right support, you can gain the tools to trust yourself, build your confidence, and truly live life to the fullest again.
When all is said and done, here’s the thing:
With the right support, you can live your life and experience happiness again.

I understand your concern about the cost of therapy. I believe that investing in your mental health is one of the most valuable things you can do for yourself, as addressing challenges early on can prevent more costly issues down the road. To help make therapy more accessible, I offer a limited number of sliding scale spots for those experiencing financial hardship. This is something we can discuss during our consultation to see if it would be a good fit for you.

It’s true that talking about anxiety can feel scary, but therapy is very different from a casual conversation. I will never ask you to dive into anything before you're ready. Instead, we’ll work together to identify the root cause of your anxiety and give you practical grounding skills so you can work through your feelings without ever feeling overwhelmed. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe and in control, and we will always go at a pace that is comfortable for you

There are many great resources out there and a lot of useful skills you can develop on your own. However, getting individualized care is very different from learning new life hacks, reading self-help books, or turning to internet advice. It's one thing to see something online that makes you go, "This is me!" but it's another thing entirely to consistently show up for yourself every week and do the work to improve your mental health. A book or a piece of advice can't engage with you as an individual—it can't address your uniqueness or take your specific values and goals into account. My work is to personalize the healing process for you, so that you can create the life you truly want and live according to your personal values.
