I get it. You're the one who keeps it all together, manages the calendar, and often says 'yes' (even when your insides scream 'NO'). I understand the courage it takes to open up and let your guard down…

I’ve been in the thick of that pressure too. constantly stretching thin, striving to show up perfectly in every role.

My own lived experiences as a 'high-functioning people-pleaser in recovery,' mean I deeply understand the nuances of your world. It’s why I'm here to offer truly transformative and personalized support.

This isn't about perfectly curated Instagram lives; it's about your authentic, evolving life. It can be exhausting trying to outrun your own thoughts, can't it?That's why I created this space—a place where you don't have to carry it alone, but can actually pause, find your breath, and profoundly reconnect with yourself, free from judgment and embraced by compassion.

I want you to truly hear this:

Seeking help isn’t a sign of weakness—it’s a testament to your strength.

I bring expert knowledge and genuine connection to our sessions…

With over a decade of hands-on experience, my path wasn't built in a textbook—it was built in the real world, right here in Suffolk County with you. This is why I started my private practice for high-achieving women—because I know the specialized help you need. I've earned my expertise on the front lines, and this is what I bring to our work:

  • Crisis & Compassion: I've done direct crisis response for survivors of sexual assault and trauma in Suffolk County hospitals. I know how to offer immediate, meaningful support when you are in your darkest moments.

  • Integrated Medical Care: My deep experience in medical social work covered all hospital units (pediatrics and adults), with specialization in Oncology (including Breast, Head/Neck, Lung, GI, and Blood Cancers) and Nursing Home settings. I learned to blend compassion with complex, long-term planning.

  • High-Level Mental Health: My foundation includes managing cases in inpatient psychiatry, supervised visitation, and detailed case management for concrete financial and social needs.

  • Community & Advocacy: My love for community shines through years of outreach, events, and planning across the Town of Brookhaven, running support groups, and advocating for holistic well-being.

  • Today's Pressure Cooker: As a current High School Social Worker, I have unique, real-time insight into the intense pressures of modern life, family dynamics, and diagnoses like Autism, ADHD, and ODD.

  • Collaboration: I've spent years collaborating with every discipline—from Attorneys and Psychiatrists to NPs and Case Managers—meaning I bring a strategic, team-based approach to your care.

The result? You don't just get clinical expertise. You get a therapist who is seasoned, strategic, and profoundly human.

Alphabet Soup…

I know the alphabet soup of credentials can sometimes be a lot to process, but they are your undeniable assurance of the highest quality support—they are your guarantee that I've done the deep work.

My foundation is built on rigorous academic training right here on Long Island:

  • Undergraduate Foundation: I earned my Bachelor's in Psychology from St. Joseph's College. This is where I gained the initial, deep understanding of human behavior, brain science, and development that informs every session.

  • Clinical Mastery: I completed my extensive education, earning my Master of Social Work (MSW) from Stony Brook University. This degree and my New York State Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) status mean my clinical training focused on the advanced, evidence-based strategies required to create real, lasting change.

Beyond the Degrees: My commitment doesn't stop with licensure. I continuously engage in ongoing training, specialized certifications, and clinical consultation. This ensures that the support you receive is always current, ethical, and rooted in the most effective, cutting-edge practices.

This diverse journey has culminated in one powerful truth: therapy is most impactful when it's as unique and personalized as you are. It’s why I’m here to offer truly empowering support—it’s grounded, deeply human, and perfectly suited to your evolving story.

I’m a lifelong Long Islander

Born and raised here, now raising my own family in the same place I’ve always called home. I understand the rhythm of this community — the pace, the pressure, and the constant pull to keep everything together. That deep connection shapes my practice. I show up with presence, compassion, and a strong belief that therapy should feel human, not stiff or cold, but honest, grounded, and real.

Whether you’re navigating major life changes, feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just trying to make sense of what’s next — I’m here to support you with both heart and skill.

Therapy with me is…

01 Honest

Let's be real: When you're facing anxiety or past pain, therapy shouldn't feel like a one-size-fits-all plan. I partner with you to honestly customize every step of the process, ensuring our work meets your unique journey—generic advice won't cut it

02 Trustworthy

Forget the stiff, perfect version of therapy—this space is built for authentic truth-telling, empowering pattern-breaking, and real connection. We beautifully do both here: we stand in the mess, and we laugh at the absurdity of it all, so genuine healing can finally take root.

03 Introspective

We're done with surface-level talk and generic strategies—you deserve more. This is a safe space to finally unpack the messy patterns and silent weight you've carried for too long. We make room for your full, complex, and real humanity and the profound, unscripted change you need.

04 Individualized

You've done the basic self-help; you know generic advice doesn't work. I don't use a script—I partner with you, blending real-life insight and clinical tools to meet your unique story exactly where you are, delivering the growth you actually need.
