Today's Pressure Cooker (Teens & Families): As a current High School Social Worker, I have unique, real-time insight into the intense pressures of modern life and family dynamics. This includes extensive work in Special Education, college/trade school planning, and managing diagnoses like Anxiety, ADHD, and Autism.

I'm definitely not a morning person; my day starts with a much-needed cup of Earl Grey.
I spend time with my family—my high school sweetheart and our two daughters. Creating traditions with my girls is my absolute favorite part of being a parent.
I’ve played beach volleyball for over a decade at Robert Moses (shout-out to The Volley Llamas!).
As a Capricorn who loves a good plan (or at least the illusion of one!), I always check the menu and parking before trying a new restaurant.
My favorite place to catch a sunset is the beach, especially down Port or at West Meadow.
I use home renovations and DIY house projects as my creative outlet.

My love for community is why my location was so important. I recognized the biggest challenge people face on Long Island is often loneliness, and I genuinely believe that being a part of something helps you heal.
