I get it. You're the one who keeps it all together, manages the calendar, and often says 'yes' (even when internally you’re screaming 'NO'). I understand the courage it takes to open up and let your guard down…

I’ve been in the thick of that pressure too. constantly stretching thin, striving to show up perfectly in every role.

My own lived experiences as a 'high-functioning people-pleaser in recovery,' mean I deeply understand the nuances of your world. It’s why I'm here to offer truly transformative and personalized support.

Alphabet Soup

You've got a lot of things on your mind—don't let the alphabet soup of credentials be one of them. Think of my degrees as your undeniable assurance that I've done the deep work so you don't have to guess about the quality of care you're getting.

Where My Expertise Comes From:

Trained on Long Island: My rigorous foundation started with my Bachelor's in Psychology (St. Joseph's), giving me a deep understanding of brain science and human behavior. I then completed my extensive clinical education, earning my Master of Social Work (MSW) from Stony Brook University.

Why it Matters: My Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) status means my training focused specifically on the advanced, evidence-based strategies required to create real, lasting change—not just coping, but thriving.

Always Evolving: I’m committed to continuous training and specialized certifications. This guarantees your support is always current, ethical, and rooted in the most effective, cutting-edge practices.

I’m a lifelong

Long Islander

Born and raised here—and now raising my own family in the same place—I deeply understand the rhythm of this community: the pace, the pressure, and that constant pull to keep everything together. This local connection shapes my practice.

I show up with presence and compassion, grounded in the belief that therapy should feel human, honest, and real, not stiff or cold.

I get the Long Island way of life because I live it, too. Beyond the therapy room, my life here keeps me grounded:

  • I'm definitely not a morning person; my day starts with a much-needed cup of Earl Grey.

  • I spend time with my family—my high school sweetheart and our two daughters. Creating traditions with my girls is my absolute favorite part of being a parent.

  • I’ve played beach volleyball for over a decade at Robert Moses (shout-out to The Volley Llamas!).

  • As a Capricorn who loves a good plan (or at least the illusion of one!), I always check the menu and parking before trying a new restaurant.

  • My favorite place to catch a sunset is the beach, especially down Port or at West Meadow.

  • I use home renovations and DIY house projects as my creative outlet.

  • I'm a Millennial, so you already know I send way too many texts, LOLs, and GIFs—no shame!

My love for community is why my location was so important. I recognized the biggest challenge people face on Long Island is often loneliness, and I genuinely believe that being a part of something helps you heal.

That’s why my private office is located within the Revival Strength & Recovery Wellness Center. I wanted a space where my clients could feel good, be a part of a positive environment, and be excited to come to. Chances are, if you ask me, I always know someone who can help you with whatever you've got going on.

Whether you’re navigating major life changes, feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just trying to make sense of what’s next, I’m here to support you with both heart and skill.

a note from me to you:

If this feels like a lot, that’s perfectly understandable. (You’ve got enough on your  plate just navigating the week).

Taking this step toward therapy is incredibly brave. No need to know exactly what to say. We’ll navigate this together, gently and honestly. You’ll leave feeling significantly  lighter, more deeply resourced, and more profoundly  connected to your authentic self.

Let’s take the next step—because your well-being isn't another item on your to-do list; it's the foundation for everything else in your life.  Rooted in care, clarity, and enduring calm.

From a therapist who’s been in your shoes.
