Alicia’s Vision & Vibe
I believe in doing therapy differently. As a boutique practice on Long Island and virtually across NY, we provide intimate, unfiltered support for Millennials and Gen Z who are over the "traditional" clinical vibe. Whether you work with me or one of my hand-selected therapists, we’ll match you with someone who doesn’t just "specialize" in your struggle, but actually gets it. We help teens and adults in East Setauket and online across New York stop performing and start living.
You’re ready for a new approach to therapy. After a decade in the field, I’ve learned that the best work happens when we skip the clinical filter. This is high-level strategy met with a genuine, human connection. Consider this your "low-stakes rehearsal space." We use sessions to test-drive new ways of being before you take them into the real world...
You’ll leave with a tangible blueprint to set boundaries without the guilt—no performance required... We don’t just talk about your history; we deconstruct the cycle. We map the inherited "blueprint" of old rules and roles that drive your automatic reactions. Once we see the map, you get the power to pause the loop and choose a healthier future.Past pain shouldn't dictate your success. It’s time to feel safe in your skin.We work at your pace to process trauma without the overwhelm. The goal is to get you grounded, present, and actually at home in your own body.
Quiet the noise. For the perfectionism and mental chatter, we get tactical.
We use actionable skills to manage chronic overthinking and shift looping thought patterns.
We clear the mental fog so you can finally focus on what actually matters.
Meet the Founder, Alicia.

It’s time to experience boutique therapy created for your real life.
I’ve always been the one people turned to—the classic "parentified child" who learned way too early how to take care of everyone else. It’s basically why I became a therapist (LOL). But it’s also why I’m so protective of the vibe here. I’m not interested in running a big, cold agency; I built a boutique practice because I believe therapy works best when it actually feels human.
My path here was personal. I’ve walked through my own chapters of trauma, grief, and loss. I know what that "stuck" feeling is like, and as a Millennial therapist who has been on the other side of the couch, I’m not just repeating theory from a classroom. I have a decade of clinical experience, a Master’s from Stony Brook, and the license to back up the work we do, but I still show up as a real person. I’m a firm believer that the relationship we build is the most important factor in your healing. This is your "safe rehearsal"—the place where you practice being unfiltered and unmuted so you can eventually take that same confidence back into your real life.
I chose to put my office inside Revival Strength & Recovery because the environment you’re in matters. For you to feel comfortable enough to do the hard work, the space needs to feel good. I wanted to move away from the sterile, "patient-in-a-waiting-room" atmosphere and create something that felt like a community. On Long Island, the isolation is real, and I wanted to build a bridge out of that—creating a place you actually look forward to visiting.
Eventually, the need for this kind of therapy was bigger than just me. I expanded to a small team of specialists who truly understand the Millennial and Gen Z experience so we could support more people. I trust every therapist here to provide the same high-level, intimate care I’ve built this practice on. We’re here to give you the actual tools and accountability you need to stop performing for everyone else and finally start living for yourself.
I’m a lifelong
Long Islander…
Born and raised here—and now raising my own family in the same place—I deeply understand the rhythm of this community: the pace, the pressure, and that constant pull to keep everything together. This local connection shapes my practice.
I show up with presence and compassion, grounded in the belief that therapy should feel human, honest, and real, not stiff or cold.
I get the Long Island way of life because I live it, too. Beyond the therapy room, my life here keeps me grounded:
I'm definitely not a morning person; my day starts with a much-needed cup of Earl Grey.
I spend time with my family—my high school sweetheart and our two daughters. Creating traditions with my girls is my absolute favorite part of being a parent.
I’ve played beach volleyball for over a decade at Robert Moses (shout-out to The Volley Llamas!).
As a Capricorn who loves a good plan (or at least the illusion of one!), I always check the menu and parking before trying a new restaurant.
My favorite place to catch a sunset is the beach, especially down Port or at West Meadow.
I use home renovations and DIY house projects as my creative outlet.
I'm a Millennial, so you already know I send way too many texts, LOLs, and GIFs—no shame!
Whether you’re navigating major life changes, feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just trying to make sense of what’s next, I’m here to support you with both heart and skill.

Our core values
01
Honesty
We promise genuine transparency. Bring your unfiltered truth—no matter how messy. When we're honest, we move past surface issues to real, lasting change.
02
compassion
Zero judgment here. We truly understand the pressure of holding it all together. You get a compassionate guide who meets you exactly where you are and believes in your capacity to heal.
03
safety
Emotional safety is the non-negotiable foundation. This is a reliable, predictable space where you can finally drop the performance mask and explore difficult truths without the fear of criticism.
a note from me to you:
If this feels like a lot, that’s perfectly understandable. (You’ve got enough on your plate just navigating the week).
Taking this step toward therapy is incredibly brave. No need to know exactly what to say. We’ll navigate this together, gently and honestly. You’ll leave feeling significantly lighter, more deeply resourced, and more profoundly connected to your authentic self.
Let’s take the next step—because your well-being isn't another item on your to-do list; it's the foundation for everything else in your life. Rooted in care, clarity, and enduring calm.
From a therapist who’s been in your shoes.
